I have also received and understood the plans, measurements and understand what I am purchasing.
If there was any confusion or not clearly shown I have contacted Abode Wardrobe.
The deposit is non-refundable once the job has been put into production.
Your deposit will be refunded if cancelled prior to production.
Interest may be charged on any amount owing after the due date.
Any expenses disbursements and legal costs incurred by Abode Wardrobe in the enforcement of any rights contained in this contract shall be paid by the customer, including any solicitor’s fees or debt collection agency fees.
Please check plans carefully as any changes made by customer after starting making the products will be charged as extras over the quoted price. Additional trips will incur additional charges
Ownership of goods shall not pass to the customer until customer has paid the invoice in full.
The customer gives irrevocable authority to Abode Wardrobe to enter any premises occupied by the customer at any reasonable time, to remove any products not paid for in full by the customer. Abode Wardrobe shall not be liable for costs, damages or expenses or any other losses incurred by the customer or any third party as a result of this action, nor liable in contract or in tort or otherwise in any way whatsoever.
When installing all care will be taken, but we will not be held responsible for any marks/damage to the finished items or surroundings.
Abode Wardrobe is not responsible for any walls, floors, jambs and ceilings that are not straight or level.
If added material or time is required due to walls, floors, jambs and ceilings that are not straight this cost will be passed on to the customer.
Customer must also advice Abode Wardrobe of any changes made after initial consultation it may occur an extra costs.
All personal effects must be removed prior to install. Abode Wardrobe is not responsible to empty the wardrobe or space prior to install. If spaces/s is not ready on the day of install an extra charge will apply. The purchaser will ensure full access to the site on the day(s) of installation for the time required to complete the installation. If access is restricted and requires a return visit additional charges may apply.
Minor adjustments to the plan may occur after quote has been accepted without consent or prior notice. This is at the installer’s discretion.
The price may be increased by the amount of any reasonable increase in the cost of supply of the products that is beyond the control of Abode Wardrobe between the date of the contract and delivery of the products.
Abode Wardrobe shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations if the cause of delay or failure is beyond its control.
Failure by Abode Wardrobe to enforce any of the terms and conditions contained in this contract shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any of the rights or obligations Abode Wardrobe has under this contract.
Abode Wardrobe has manufactures / suppliers product warranty on all our products and parts.
Warranty applies to the purchaser of the quote warranty does not pass on to the new owner.
Customer must inform Abode Wardrobe of any regulations / insurance / body corporations rules / council guidelines or any other legal information/ organisation that we must comply by must be emailed. If not emailed it is not our responsible for any extra costs / legal costs etc damage, replacement or repairs.
PHOTOS
Customer gives permission for Abode wardrobe to take photos of the work installed or prior to installation. The photos may appear on our website, face book or google.
